Finally, Resolution Nos. 1010-23 to 1012-23 with its corresponding Ordinance Nos. 0178-23 to 0180-23, were adopted under Suspended Rules, entitled “Enacting an Ordinance granting legislative authority to the City Mayor to utilize a portion of the Thirty Percent (30%) Quick Response Fund (QRF) out of the Five Percent (5%) Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund (Calamity Fund) of the City Government of Davao for Calendar Year 2023, in the total amount of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P1.600,000.00) for financial assistance to the three (3) Local Government Units (LGUs) which were declared under a State of Calamity due to the series of Earthquakes, namely: Province of Davao De Oro; Municipality of New Bataan, Davao De Oro; and Municipality of Maragusan, Davao De Oro, subject to existing Government Budgeting, Accounting, and Auditing Rules and Regulations”.
