The following Ordinances were approved on Third and Final Reading by the 20th City Council during the 12th Regular Session, to wit:
Further, the Body likewise approved Resolution No. 01016-23 and its corresponding Ordinance on Second Reading, both Series of 2023, authorizing the City Mayor to enter into and sign, for and in behalf of the City of Davao, the Deed of Donation (DOD) by and between the City of Davao and Mr. Randy F. Magallanes relative to the donation of Four (4) Units Motorcycle Vehicles.
Resolution No. 01017-23, Series of 2023 and its corresponding Ordinance on Second Reading, all Series of 2023, were approved, entitled “Enacting an Ordinance authorizing the City Mayor to enter into and sign, for and in behalf of the City of Davao, the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to be entered into by and between the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and the City of Davao, relative to the Maintenance, Supervision, as well as Shouldering of the necessary expenses (Water and Light) of the constructed structures and facilities, located within Bago Aplaya and Gulf View Esplanades, this City.
