On its 13th Regular Session held on April 4, 2023, the 20th City Council passed and approved Ordinance No. 0188-23, Series of 2023, entitled “An Ordinance authorizing the City Mayor to enter into and sign, for and in behalf of the City of Davao, the Deed of Donation executed by Mr. Randy P. Magallanes in favor of the City of Davao, relative to the donation of Four (4) Units of Motorcycle Vehicles” and Ordinance No. 0189-23, Series of 2023, entitled “An Ordinance authorizing the City Mayor to enter into and sign, for and in behalf of the City of Davao, the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to be entered into by and between the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and the City of Davao, relative to the Maintenance, Supervision, as well as Shouldering of the necessary expenses (Water and Light) of the constructed structures and facilities, located within Bago Aplaya and Gulf View Esplanades, this City”.
The Body likewise approved the Ordinance on Second Reading, relative to the Ordinance providing a system for addressing and preventing bullying in Educational Institutions, Workplaces, and other Public Areas, as amended.
Moreover, Resolution No. 01038-23, Series of 2023, was approved, amending certain Sections of Ordinance No. 0891-22, Series of 2022, entitled “An Ordinance Creating the City Peace 911 and Peace 911 sa Barangay, Subject to all Laws and Existing Legal Rules and Regulations.
