On May 17, 2022, during the 18^th Regular Session, the 19^th City Council passed and approved Ordinance No. 0954-22, Series of 2022, entitled “An Ordinance Amending Ord. No. 0105-19, Granting Annual Financial Assistance to all Qualified Senior Citizens of Davao City”.

Ordinance No. 0955-22, Series of 2022, was likewise approved on Third and Final Reading, authorizing the City Mayor to enter into and sign, the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to be entered into by and between the City of Davao and Cacao City Marketing Cooperative relative to the reestablishment and operation of the Chocolate Hub located at the Ground Floor of the Investment and Tourism Building, J. Palma Gil Street, this City.

Lastly, Resolution No. 03493-22 and its Ordinance No. 0956-22, both Series of 2022, were enacted under Suspended Rules, authorizing the City Mayor to enter into and sign for and in behalf of the City of Davao, the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) by and between the Department of Health – Davao Center for Health Development and the City Government of Davao, relative to the grant of One COVID-19 Allowance (OCA) to Public and Private Health Care Workers (HCWs) and Non-HCWs in Health Facilities involved in COVID-19 response.
