With Councilor Alberto T. Ungab as the Temporary Presiding Officer, the 19^th City Council held its 21^st Regular Session on June 7, 2022 approving Resolution No. 03512-22, Series of 2022 and its Ordinance on Second Reading, enacting an Ordinance enacting the Automated External Defribrillator (AED) Code of the City of Davao.

 

Moreover, Resolution No. 03513-22, Series of 2022 was likewise approved on Second Reading, entitled “Ordinance No. 02, Series of 2022, of the Barangay Council of Buhangin Proper, Buhangin District, this City, entitled “An Ordinance Amending the Date of the Barangay Day Celebration of Barangay Buhangin Proper from 18^th of February to 12^th of May of Every Year”.

 

Resolution No. 03514-22, Series of 2022 and its Ordinance on Second Reading was approved, relative to the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to be entered into by and between Bernardo D. Carpio National High School, represented by Maribeth V. Alcordo, Principal II, and the City Government of Davao, represented by the City Mayor, Sara Z. Duterte, relative to the Work Immersion Partnership between the school and the latter.

 

Finally, Resolution No. 03520-22, Series of 2022 and its Ordinance was approved on Second Reading, enacting an Ordinance Strengthening the Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE) Industry in Davao City, providing funds therefor, and for other purposes.
