In the 23^rd Regular Session of the 19^th City Council held on June 21, 2022, Ordinance No. 0987-22, Series of 2022 was approved, entitled “An Ordinance Amending City Ordinance No. 0361-10, Series of 2010, otherwise known as the “Davao Ecological Solid Waste Management Ordinance”.

Also, the Body approved on Third and Final Reading, Ordinance No. 0988-22, Series of 2022, Prohibiting Land Contour Alterations, Reclamations and/or Earthfilling in Waterways, Detention Ponds, Retention Ponds, Lakes, Lagoons, Wetlands, and other Natural Ponding Areas in the City of Davao.

Further, Resolution No. 03562-22, Series of 2022 and its corresponding Ordinance was approved on Second Reading, Institutionalizing the Davao City Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) for the Former Rebels (FR’s) and Former Violent Extremists (FVE’s) in Davao City and Other Pertinent Programs and Services as Provided by Half-Way House Kalinaw Village.

Resolution No. 03563-22, Series of 2022 and its Ordinance on Second Reading was likewise approved, institutionalizing the Iskolar ng Tribu Program seeking support from the City Government of Davao and other stakeholders, such as the Higher Education Institutions.
