During the 4^th Regular Session held on January 31, 2023, the 20^th City Council passed and approved on Third and Final Reading the following Ordinances, to wit:

Moreover, the Body approved on Second Reading, Resolution Nos. 0896-23 to 0902-23, all Series of 2023, pertaining to the Applications for Local Government Unit accreditation of Eastern Catholic Multipurpose Cooperative, OFW We Rise as One Association, Samahang Matute at Soliman Homeowners Association (SAMASOL HOA), Mag-uumang Nagkahiusa sa Macatabo Multipurpose Cooperative, San Lorenzo Ruiz Socio-Economic Development Foundation, Inc., Love the Children Foundation Inc., and Davao Fashion and Design Council Foundation, Inc., respectively.
