During the 16^th Regular Session held on April 25, 2023, the 20^th City Council passed and approved the following Ordinances on Third and Final Reading, to wit:

            The Body likewise approved on Second Reading, Resolution Nos. 01088-23 to 01102-23, all Series of 2023, favorably endorsing the Accreditation with the City Government of Davao of fifteen (15) Associations in Davao City, namely: Taosug Fisherfolk Association, Parola Fisherfolk Association, Barangay Panacan Bantay Laot & Fisherfolk Association, Family Care and Community Development Initiatives Inc., Women’s Guild  Fisherfolk Association, Childhope Mindanao Inc., Royal Seaweeds Growers Association, Purok 14 Christian Fisherfolk Women’s  Association, Lapu-lapu Fisherfolks Association, Barangay Duterte IKP Fisherfolks Association, SAMA Tribe Fisherfolks Association, Muslim Village Fisherfolks Association, Bucana Lasang Small Fisherfolk Association, Buhisan Fisherfolk Association, Green Corals Fisherfolks Association, respectively.

            Further, the Body approved the following legislation under Suspended Rules, viz:
