During the 35^th Regular Session held on September 19, 2023, the 20^th City Council passed and approved on Third and Final Reading, Ordinance No. 0293-23, Series of 2023, entitled “An Ordinance granting full exemption from the payment of amusement tax to Teodora Alonso Chapter No. 4, Order of the Eastern Star, on the proceeds of the Block Screening of “The Marvels” to be held on November 8, 2023, 7:00 P.M. at Cinema 6, SM Lanang Premier, Davao City”.

            The Body likewise approved on Second Reading, Resolution No. 01557-23, Series of 2023, and its corresponding Ordinance, entitled “An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 081-22, Series of 2022, or “An Ordinance Adopting the Davao City Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) 2019-2028, Amending Ordinance No. 0546-13, Series Of 2013, specifically Article V, Zone Regulations, Section 12.6.16-Urban Ecological Enhancement Sub-Zone (UEESZ)”; and Resolution No. 01577-23, Series of 2023, and its corresponding Ordinance, entitled “Enacting an Ordinance Institutionalizing the Less Paper Session System through the upgrading of the Legislative Information Support System (LISSP) of the Sangguniang Panlungsod”, respectively.
