The following Ordinances were duly approved by the 19^th City Council during the 22^nd Regular Session held on June 14, 2022, to wit:

Resolution No. 03546-22, Series of 2022 together with its corresponding Ordinance was approved on Second Reading, through the sponsorship of Councilor Diosdado Angelo Junior R. Mahipus, enacting an Ordinance amending City Ordinance No. 0361-10, Series of 2010, otherwise known as the “Davao Ecological Solid Waste Management Ordinance”.

Resolution No. 03547-22, Series of 2022, and its Ordinance on Second Reading was likewise approved, prohibiting Land Contour Alterations, Reclamations and/or Earth-filling in Waterways, Detention Ponds, Retention Ponds, Lakes, Lagoons, Wetlands, and other Natural Ponding Areas in the City of Davao.

Also, approved during the said session were Resolution No. 03520-22, Series of 2022 and its Ordinance on Second Reading, creating the Davao Riverbank Management Council.

Finally, the following legislative measures were duly enacted under Suspended Rules, viz:
