During the 10^th Regular Session, the 20^th City Council adopted the following legislative measures, to wit:

• Ordinance No. 0173-23, Series of 2023, entitled “An Ordinance suspending the Implementation of Section 39 of Ordinance No. 042-19, Series of 2019, otherwise known as “An Ordinance further amending the Davao City Investment Incentive Code of 1994” until December 31, 2023”

ON SECOND READING:

• Resolution No. 0986-23, Series of 2023 and its corresponding Ordinance on Second Reading, entitled “Enacting an Ordinance authorizing the City Mayor to enter into and sign, for and in behalf of the City of Davao, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by and between Meda Organization of the Philippines and the City of Davao relative to the Resilience and Inclusion through Investment for Sustainable Agrikultura (RIISA) Project”

• Resolution No. 0990-23, Series of 2023 and its corresponding Ordinance on Second Reading, entitled “Enacting an Ordinance granting legislative authority to the City Mayor to sign, for and in behalf of the City of Davao, the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to be entered into by and between the Department of Health – Davao Center for Health Development and the City of Davao, relative to the payment of Health Emergency Allowance (HEA), Sickness and Death Compensation and other benefits for Public and Private Health Care Workers (HCWs) and Non-HCWs during the COVID-19 Pandemic and other future public health emergencies with retroactive applications starting July 1, 2021”

• Resolution No. 0994-23, Series of 2023, entitled “Recognizing and Congratulating the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Talomo River for being one (1) of the Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations (TAYO) Awardees for the year 2023”
