With the junior legislators and junior Department Heads of the City in attendance in view of the celebration of the Linggo ng Kabataan, the 30^th Regular Session held on August 8, 2023, passed and approved on Third and Final Reading, Ordinance Nos. 0271-23 and 0272-23, both Series of 2023, relative to the Loan Agreements by and between City of Davao and El Grande Multipurpose Cooperative and Biao Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Cooperative (BARBCO), respectively.

            Moreover, the Body likewise approved on Second Reading, Resolution Nos. 01433-23 and 01434-23, relative to the Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) to be entered into by and between the City of Davao and Davao Medical School Foundation Incorporated for the three (3) projects of the Research and Development Center for Maternal and Child Health (ReDMatTCH); and the City of Davao, the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), and the Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC) through the Special Office for Children’s Concerns (SOCC), for the implementation of the project, “END ONLINE SEXUAL ABUSE OR EXPLOITATION OF CHILDREN (OSAEC), respectively.

            Resolution No. 01440-23, Series of 2023, was approved under Suspended Rules, Commending and Congratulating the Davao Eagles Athletes, Coaches, and Teachers, for Securing the Sixth place overall in the Palarong Pambansa 2023.
